Camping, and Broadway, and Tahoe...O MY!

We went camping with Trevor's family over the break. It was a blast. We went to this place in California called Pine Crest. We got to see Trevor's cousin Kyle who just got back from his mission. We had a Canoe and some tubes and I ever got in the water. We had a few water fights, did a little hiking. The best part was the food. We ate SOOOO much. I know I gained a good 10 pounds even with all the exercising. But what's life without good food.

When we got home from camping the boys had a movie night while the girls headed off to broadway. Trevor's mom took me and my sister in law to see Wicked in San Francisco. It was so much fun. We got all dressed up and took the Bart. The play was AMAZING. I would definitely recommend it.

We Also went to the Oakland temple one night. It was my first time there so i was really excited.

The view of the city from on top of the temple is amazing! It was a great first experience. I tried to talk Trevor into putting his tux back on and me my dress so we could take wedding pictures there.

So last part of the Trip. We went to Lake Tahoe for a few days. The day we got there we took our bikes and decided to do a beginner/intermediate trail.

There was nothing beginner about that trail. The first 4 miles were straight uphill. When we made it to the top the view was amazing but the trail was very narrow and one side was a complete drop off.

To make matters worse it started to rain, and then HAIL and we were still about 8 miles from the bottom.

It took us about 2 hours to get down. We were freezing and soaking wet. I ached the whole next day but I have to admit. It was a really fun adventure.
